ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ONLINE ORDER TO OUR WEBSITE RETURNS DEPARTMENT.
Our goodwill returns policy allows you to return any unwanted purchase bought via the website, subject to the terms below;
Purchased items can be returned up to 14 days from receipt.
Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. You have 30 days to return any faulty items. All faulty items will be assessed by our RETURNS team, and if we are in agreement, items can be replaced free of delivery charge, or refunded in full. Please state your preference when returning. If you request a refund, your original delivery charges will also be refunded.
All items can be returned free of charge, using the free returns label included in your delivery. You will only be issued with one label per delivery, so please return all unwanted items in one package. Instructions on how to return are printed on the label. Alternatively, you may return via the post office at your own expense.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour, please return and place a new order from the site.
Please take care not to damage or mark any goods when examining them.
All items should be wrapped carefully, in their original protective packaging where possible, to prevent damage during return shipping. LOTTIE&MOLL® does not accept responsibility for any damage which occurs during return shipping.
All items must be returned unused, unworn and in a fully resalable condition, with swing tags attached where possible. LOTTIE&MOLL® reserves the right not to refund items that are deemed to be returned in an unsaleable condition.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. We will not refund the original delivery charge.
We will endeavour to process refunds within 7 to 10 days, although this may vary during busy periods, including sale periods. We will endeavour to process you refund as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 14 days after returning your items for refunds to appear in your account.
